Analysis tools and identify training needs
I kindly request that was download and study the training needs analysis tools used in the third unit on Your platform . after study
shows as the following :

First tool: Questionnaires: The questionnaires form are the more tools used to collect information for Requirement analysis and identification of the training needs and divided into two parts,
The first part: general information about the questionnaire Filled, a researcher questionnaire, the questionnaire prepared
Part II of questions divided into sub-groups by topic the aim of identifying and analyzing training needs.

advantage:

• easy packing

• can be obtained through the large information

Disadvantages:

• require much time

• sample sometimes does not represent the majority view • Information from the questionnaire is quantity, not quality

• A large number of information needed to program computers for study and analysis

The second tool: the focus group: is a method of collecting information and analysis requirements aimed at identifying the training needs of a focus group represented of the training program the questions are divided in to groups , the major questions and the minor questions ,The way of debate complemented by discussing answer the first question of main group by a group of secondary questions , in case of any difference of opinion ,we record's and re-analysis
advantage:

- Access to information is genuine and quality

- Time to collect information few compared with the first tool

Disadvantages:

- The emergence of possible disagreements among members of the focus group

The third tool is: the interview guidelines:

This method is one of the ways in which aimed to collect information through an interview a sample of targeted group , in the interview the persons respond about the specific questions and the advance through , these questions can identify and analyze the training needs of the training program

advantage:

Access to quality information Interview many involved in the program and stand directly on the difficulties and problems that have exposed

Disadvantages:

We need some time In the interview guidelines by fear sometimes plays the role of this exaggerate the positive image

Based on what already has been, I selected the second tool (focus group) to the identification and analysis requirement of training needs of the Western cook foods training program
